Dr. Joo-Hyung (Joe) Lee is a double boarded rheumatologist/internal medicine who specializes in all various diseases in Rheumatology. His primary focus is on Rheumatoid Arthritis, Systemic Lupus Erythamatosus, Osteoarthritis, Sjogren’s Syndrome, Systemic Vasculitis, and Psoriatic Arthritis.

He graduated from a combined BS/MD program at the University of Miami in an accelerated 6 year program obtaining a Bachelor of Biology and his medical doctorate in 1997. He completed his residency program at the University of California, Irvine and also went on to complete his fellowship training in Rheumatology at University of California, Irvine.

Dr. Lee is an active member of the Orange County Arthritis Foundation serving as the medical honoree in 2016, and helping raise awareness about the disabling diseases that he treats. He has been an associate professor at the University of Irvine, along with the American College of Rheumatology, and is an active member at St. Joseph Hospital in Orange, Dr. Lee enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children and loves outdoor activities including golfing, mountain biking, and swimming.
